Assisting in the management of packaging and specification development with retail customers including logistics requirements such as pallet configuration and optimisation.

 

Quality Assurance

Van Am Marketing is WQA approved and we provide support for any required accreditation including the management of testing for Nutritional Information, Micro, Allergen and Toxicity.

 

Customer service, order management and inventory control

On behalf of our Principals we manage and document all customer complaints and contacts as well as day to day customer queries in relation to product and point of origin (eg; Gluten, Halal etc).
